In the November 2013 issue of Model Railroad Hobbyist, I introduced this page. I’ll try to update things as I see the need. So, let’s look at some issues.

Q2 decoder run on

Decoders in this series had a tendency with some locos to continue running when the throttle is set to zero.

Solution: adjust very low speed differential gain: CV56.18.2. Adjust it down until the point where the loco creeps after the throttle reaches zero. Then reduce the value of the CV until it just stops.
